Spicers Mill Farm
Property Owners Association
Was established in 1955 and is located in Orange County, Virginia. The Association consists of approximately 50 homes bordered on the west by the Rapidan River and on the east by lands held in conservation easement. The historic countryside, called The Piedmont, approximately 30 miles east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is hilly farm country, often punctuated by old forests.
